I live in WA State near Seattle. They have a 3T machine available for me to use. Is it worth the time, expense, and wait to fly to NY to have a Potter MRI done?

Hi Tyro,
There are 3T MRI machines scattered across the country. I recently went for one in RI. It was supposed to be for a pelvic neurography, equivalent to a Potter MRI. While they do provide the best pictures, what is most important is the skill level of the person reading the images.

Understandable! I recommend that you don't waste your time/money and get it done right the first time with Dr. Potter.
Kind regards,
Karyn

I agree with Karyn. Everyone I've talked to agrees that her MRI reading is the gold standard. It is worth the effort to have the peace of mind of knowing that you have accurate results. (or as accurate as science currently can offer) I know you said money is no object, but I'll just add that insurance completely covered mine.
Good luck!

Hi Tyro, I'd choose the Potter MRI in less than a New York minute!!!!
