I'm so sorry you are having so much trouble, and believe me when I say we have all felt that way at times.
I'm in St. Louis Missouri and my PT treats men and women.
The way you talk it sounds like you are far away from me though.
It seems we are searching for he holy grail when trying to find treatment and just know we are all keeping you in our thoughts as you fight to find answers.
Good Luck
Kathy

Sunil,
I think I mentioned this on some other thread recently that you were not involved in...since you know your problem is with SIJD, just a heads-up: The physio's that do pelvic pain are, as a group, just starting to recognize the role of the pelvis and SIJD. The community of Sports Physios have had an interest in the topic a lot longer. Working in the pelvic joint seminar business here in the USA, I can tell you we see, generally and overall, more enthusiasm and talent from the sports physio's than from the pelvic floor physio's. The problem is, if you call to the front desk of a sports physio clinic and say you have pudendal issues, you won't even get in through the front door, they will tell you to go see a pelvic floor PT. Over here in the USA I have discussed this issue with a few sports physio's that are good at SIJD, and collected numbers of those willing to see pelvic pain patients just to screen them for SIJD. They are usually happy to, once they realize that they can indirectly benefit the pelvic pain issue without doing pelvic floor work. You really might do better working with a Sports Physio with a solid SIJD background, and Peter Dornan might have more success training a Sports Physio in your area.
