Squatting

I find getting down in squatting position relaxes me an makes me feel better.
From what I've read people who have PNE are aggravated by squatting.
Is this true?
Does this mean that I probably don't have PNE?

Good question - I have also have no symptons squatting and also relaxed. Also trying to work out what the exact problem is. Have no firm diagnosis despite multiple in depth investigation. Symptons are bottock pain/perineum tingling on sitting and burning and freezing feet although not positional i.e constant.

Squatting is something that will now severely aggravate my pudendal nerve. I get severe pain with squatting. I think this position puts so much strain on the perineal floor muscles, and is also why weight lifters get pudendal issues. I had mild pudendal problems until I lifted a heavy log in a squatting position. That made it so bad I could no longer sit comfortably. Before that log lifting incident, I could do regular squats with no problem, it was only when I added the strain of lifting that I made things much worse.
My thought is that if you have pudendal issues, then squatting will eventually make it worse.

I also have difficulty and discomfort with squatting, and also reaching high. I work in retail for one of my jobs, and have to bend/reach quite often. I think that anything that strains or stretches the area can aggravate it. As I also suffer from PGAD this makes it quite uncomfortable sometimes. The reaching is easier to fix since I can get a stepstool or ladder if needed, but I don't know what can make the squatting any more comfortable..

Well maybe I don't have PNE, because squatting makes me feel better.

Maybe look into CPPS... That's what I figured out I have. Just a suggestion.

Yes I believe I have that as well.
My anus feels so tight. I constantly feel like I need to push something out.
I massaged my sphincter muscle and that released so much tension.
I can't get rid of this last bit. I've had physiotherapy but that had no effect.
I'm hopefully going to see a colorectal surgeon this week who specialises in pelvic floor disorders.
My last physio has told me that my pelvic floor is very high up.
