Hi Everyone, Check out these items, which I have personally used and which are very useful, and highly rated and necessary products for those with PNE to use for pain relief. I also included where to buy them at and descriptions of the products.

Shawn, this is a great topic. I used ace gel packs. They fit nicely between two pairs of underwear. Oh well, where else would you discuss such a personal topic.  I got mine at Walgreens a few years back but you can get them from amazon at this link: http://tinyurl.com/d9pfyw9

I love the Mueller ice wrap found here http://tinyurl.com/89ppuj4 I wrap it around my sacrum (it has velcro mesh holder) and it helps a lot with my sacral/coccyx pain.

Thanks for the reccommendation Violet and Cari. I've been needing something like the one you mentioned. How big is it? Amazon didn't say. I was going to try to look for it locally but want to get the right one.

Faith, that looks like a great wrap. I might get one for my knee!

The ace pack I posted above is the size of a pad that you would wear for a period. At least it is if it's the same as the ones I have --and it looks the same .

Thanks shawn. wanted to ask you if the knit boxers come on soft on the waist. I've been really looking for something that doesn't grip at all.

Also, wanted to share the Far Infra Red heat pad that I use. It is fairly big 2 feet by 3 feet so can cover a lot of area. And it emits infra red radiations in a wavelength range similar to sunlight and which are known to have therapeutic effect and can penetrate a few centimeters into the skin. I've had a good experience so far and it does comfort me and I use it daily. But using for too long irritates the nerve. So I don't usually go beyond two hours at a time. And it has 4 intensity levels which helps.
