Dr. Williams specializes in treating chronic pelvic pain at Women's Hospital in Vancouver. She is a top-notch surgeon, and did my supracervical laproscopic hysterectomy with a minimum of vaginal disturbance. Her specialty is removing endometriosis. But she was also aware of PN. She ordered the CT-guided nerve block, which was done at UBC hospital. So, although not a PN surgeon, Dr. Williams may be able to offer some help if you have no one else.
She works with another woman, Dr. Allaire, who also specializes in chronic pelvic pain.

Re: Dr. Christina Williams - Vancouver
Dr. Williams is also my doctor and she diagnosed me four years ago. She ordered CT guided nerve blocks for me as well. I did four of them. It solidified my diagnosis but didn't work for me. She also had me try myofascial release but it caused me a great deal of pain. She is one of the only doctors in Vancouver who understands PN.
