Lanie,
Go back to "Welcome Centre", press the "New Topic" button, and then you can start a new "thread" in which you can introduce yourself to us and ask questions. You can title your message "New member -- need help" (or something like that). I look forward to reading your post and to hearing about you! Don't be shy, you're among friends.
