I am new to this forum and as yet unsure if what I have is PN - although it certainly seems to match my symptoms.
Is it possible that my Type 2 Diabetes may also be linked/the cause of the PN?
I have heard that PN is sometimes referred to as a type of 'Carpal Tunnel'. I did have Frozen Shoulder some years ago - before I was diagnosed with Diabetes but presumably as a result of the Diabetes.
Type 2 Diabetes?
Re: Type 2 Diabetes?
It might depend on how long you have had type 2 diabetes, Danny. Are you experiencing neuropathy in any other areas?
You can have a frozen shoulder without having diabetes.

PNE since 2002. Started from weightlifting. PNE surgery from Dr. Bautrant, Oct 2004. Pain now is usually a 0 and I can sit for hours on certain chairs. No longer take medication for PNE. Can work full time and do "The Firm" exercise program. 99% cured from PGAD. PNE surgery was right for me but it might not be for you. Do your research.
