Wow, Lydiac, great news! Thanks for sharing it with us. How did your nerve get entrapped, if you don't mind my asking?

I am glad this surgery seems to have helped you Lydia. Sounds like you have been through a lot! I read on another thread that Dr. Martin went in through the same 2 incisions he used for the scaitica release that was done endoscopically on you. Where exactly are those two locations? Does he decompress the entire nerve from the piriformis to alcock's canal or just at the piriformis level? It seems like it would be hard to sever the SS ligament laproscopically. Just trying to understand his technique.

Thanks!

So where is the entry point of the incisions/incision?

It sounds like there would be multiple keyhole incisions.

I am unable to go to your blog and see the pictures. It looks like it is by invitation only now.

I had pudendal decompression surgery with Dr. Conway in NH on July 12th. I feel I still have other nerves that need to be addressed. Not sure where to go or whom to go to.
I also had surgery with Dr. Martin, but in much pain.
