Hi Sunil, You have been doing SO well. Try and take encouragement from the progress you have made with Peter's help and I guess the fact that you and he have identified that this problem is SIJ. Maybe this has helped in some way, in that it has identified your limitations at this point and need to take it that little bit easier for now. I'm sure it will improve.
I think that is the tangle so many of us are in. Is it that muscle this nerve, joint,ligament??? It's just so hard to identify the true problem but at least with this you have and can then target that area to put it right. I do hope so anyway.

Fall 2008. Misdiagnosed with lumber spine problem. MRN June 2010 indicated pudendal entrapment at Alcocks canal. Diagnosed with complex variant piriformis syndrome with sciatic, pudendal and gluteal entrapment's by Dr Filler 2010.Guided piriformis botox injection 2011 Bristol. 2013, Nerve conduction test positive; new spinal MRI scan negative, so diagnosed for the 4th time with pelvic nerve entrapment, now recognised as Sciatic, pudendal, PFCN and cluneal nerves at piriformis level.
