For those of you who have feet pain (tingling/burning) in their feet from pne, has it gone away with TG surgery? If so, who was your surgeon and how long did it take for the pain to go away after surgery?

Hi Ray,
Have you seen any improvement from your redo surgery so far?
Take care,
Ali

I had a numb aching feeling in my foot on the side of my worst PNE pain that has gone away since surgery. I attribute it to the piriformis muscles being in spasm due to PN pain and causing impingement on the sciatic nerve. I no longer have piriformis spasms so that's probably why the foot pain has gone away also.

I had altered sensation - pain, basically - in one foot. Since surgery I have not had any problem with this at all. My surgery was not TG, it was laparascopic.

Neuropathic foot pain, burning, stabbing, tingling etc. could well be caused by your sciatic nerve. As Violet pointed out her PN was responsible for piriformis syndrome which caused the irritation of the sciatic nerve. Maybe you need some physio on your piriformis muscle. Try some piriformis stretches too: but carefully (or not at all) depending how far out of surgery you are.
