On the top, you will see this
board index - general - welcome center
then:
user control panel (1 new messages) view your posts
click on "(new messages)
then click on inbox.
If your inbox is full, it might not let you get your messages. Move all your old messages into a folder which you create or delete some, and then you will be able to see the new ones if you have more than 50 messages.
