Hello Everyone,
I'm looking for any feedback regarding Inversion Tables?
Thanks!

I have an inversion table. One day I told my chiropractor about it and he told me that there was a class action suit against one of the makes of the inversion table because they caused strokes. I have not used it since. Know anyone that wants one?

Hi Kate,
Thanks for the feedback. I will be cautious. I am going to try one at my friend’s house to see how I feel. I just started with a PT, so I’ll ask him as well.
I wish you well,
Shon

I know inversion tables are good for some spine problems, not sure how they help pudendal. I had a half inversion table where you bend halfway upside down, and doing so hurt my neck as I supported myself up and down... so I don't recommend that... as I was a wimp from all this laying around... and my muscles spasmed.

We have one and it actually caused some trouble for me in my neck at c5 c6... so I don't use it anymore at all.

Hi All,
Thanks so much for your input. I think that I'll just stay away from the Inversion Tables. It sounds like they do more harm than good.
All the best!
I wish you well,
