My Story
Hello, I have been suffering with intense pain for about 18 months now , started with numbness and pins and needles a year before. I have lumbar stenosis and facet joint probs which started after a fall in 2015. Id been coping pretty well , then this pain started , and it has got much much worse. I constantly feel my bowels arent empty , urination is hard to start , and sitting is completely impossible ! this last week or two I have increased sciatica right to the soles of my feet . Basically from my bottom down im in agony . I am going to see doc ,to see if he will get some tests done for PN, because im at my wits end now .

Sounds pretty miserable. I hope your doctor will be able to help you figure this out and come up with a diagnosis and that you can get the right treatment. When is your appointment? Sometimes it can seem like forever while you are waiting.

PNE since 2002. Started from weightlifting. PNE surgery from Dr. Bautrant, Oct 2004. Pain now is usually a 0 and I can sit for hours on certain chairs. No longer take medication for PNE. Can work full time and do "The Firm" exercise program. 99% cured from PGAD. PNE surgery was right for me but it might not be for you. Do your research.
