Has anyone had issues from DRG implantation?

I am considering trying a Dorsal Root Ganglion (DRG) implant...it seems to have pretty good success rate.

Has anyone had issues from the DRG implant? Does it just prevent pain signals from reaching the brain, or does it interfere with other nerve signals? I'm concerned about it affecting sexual functioning/sensation/feeling.
