A Canadian author has written a book all about how women are not believed and are treated poorly when they have endometriosis.
I know it is different from PN, but I'm guessing there is a ton of cross over there we could all relate to (pelvic pain), regardless of gender. I gather it has research and stories of self-advocacy.
I have not read it yet--could be a tough read, but a good read

Also there is a podcast series about how women's pelvic pain is dismissed, specific to an IVF clinic, but the first episode puts that good language to the experience that could be validating for some. Again different from PN but some cross-over in terms of pelvic pain.

Book Recommendation
Re: Book Recommendation
Thanks for those suggestions. I bet many of us could write a similar book.

PNE since 2002. Started from weightlifting. PNE surgery from Dr. Bautrant, Oct 2004. Pain now is usually a 0 and I can sit for hours on certain chairs. No longer take medication for PNE. Can work full time and do "The Firm" exercise program. 99% cured from PGAD. PNE surgery was right for me but it might not be for you. Do your research.
