Severe pain - need help

I'm typing this as a cry for help. 4 months ago my symptoms started with penis, pelvic, and pinereum pain. I also got constipated one day to the other, and i felt i was constantly tight in my pelvic floor.

For months i tried getting it under control, but last 2 months i ran into a bad period. I stop doing my routine and got careless because my symptoms got manageable. This was probably the worst mistake of my life. Last week i got very constipated. (I been for a long time, but this weekend was very bad since i didnt drink much and stayed most of my time in bed). When i went to the bathroom i experienced a sharp pain when getting rid of my stool and it took multiple attempts.

Ever since this i been i severe pain in my pinereum area. Like unbearable severe. No matter what i do i can't get relief. I knew constipation was bad with this condition, but i didnt usually experience pain after going to the bathroom. I have been in pain CONSTANTLY last 7 days. I feels bulking, burning, sharpening, SERIOUSLY UNBEARABLE pain deep inside my anus. I'm so concerned i just gave myself even more severe nerve damage by getting constipated. I've been crying in anguish and regret i didnt get my body in control so it didn't have to come to this. I lay in my bed all day but i'm still in unbearble pain. Is there someone here that can help getting pain relief? i tried sit bath, but it only give very mild relief. This i just gave myself permanent damage to my nerve since the pain is so severe?.. im in constant panic mode because the pain won't stop. I wish someone here who knows of the pudenal nerve can help me. I've gotten constipation in control with stool softerner, but it still hard to get out because im super contracted. I can't even fit a finger inside my anus.

My pain was 2/10 last week and only mostly in my penis. Now it’s 9/10 and inside my anus. I Can’t sleep or relax because it’s constant. I’m talking to a new therapist on monday. I’m tempting to Call my doctor, But after multiple visits, she doesn’t believe in me and have No idea whats wrong with me.

I really hope someone can help me in my situation.

Miralax could help you get your stools to the consistency of applesauce so it would come out easier.

For pain relief, you could try an ointment like nitroglycerin ointment or if you think it's due to muscle spasm you could try valium suppositories. There are other types of suppositories that might help relieve the pain but the ones I know of would require a prescription. If your doctor isn't listening to your concerns or trying to help you, it's time to get a second opinion and possibly even a new doctor but I know that takes time. Maybe a colorectal specialist? In the meantime could you get a vitual visit with something like MD live or whatever virtual visits doctor is covered by your insurance? Maybe they could order you something for temporary pain relief.

I am currently taking Amitriptyline, Duloxetine, Valium suppositories, methocarbamol, lyrica, and the oxy. He cut me back one oxy per day last month. I get the feeling he is trying to take me off. I absolutely do not want to take buprenorphine. That sh*t is hell to get off of. Oxy is the ONLY thing that takes the edge off my testicle pain. I will be devastated if he pulls me off.

I guess one of the worries with oxycodone is that you can develop a tolerance to it and it won't work anymore. When I took oxy I didn't take it around the clock so that I wouldn't be as likely to develop a tolerance. Just took it in the evening and at night so I could sleep.
