Are there any PN Drs in the Chicago area, preferably in the Northwest suburban area?
This is the only one I see currently listed in the Chicago area:

You could check with some of the physcial therapists on the list at https://www.pudendalhope.info/node/63#IL and see if they know of any good doctors in the area.
