My expiriences after neurolysis operation

Hello everyone!
I'm a 40-year-old mother of two kids from Germany.
After being misdiagnosed several times (over four years), I had a neurolysis (at the plexus lumbosacralis as well as at the hypogastric nerve) in which they uncovered my nerve from scar tissues. I've been waiting for a change for about 9 months, but my pain stayed the same to this day.
It is situated on the left pelvic side, I mostly experience a burning ache.
My question to you all: Is it a 'good sign' if my left foot or/ and my inner thigh is hurting occasionally? What I mean is: is it maybe the start of a recovery ?
It would be more than welcome if you could share your experiences so that I may find someone with a similar journey who can reassure my assumption.
It is great that a page like this exists, and I am sending everyone reading this a cup of strength and improvement.
