I’ve had PN for 18 years. Had surgery with Dr. Ansell 2004. Etc
Pain has always been left vaginal. Never had any rectal pain.
Almost 3 years ago developed an external hemorrhoid. It is small but so painful to sit on and it puts the left buttock into spasm. I’ve been to two colorectal surgeons My only option is a Hemorrhoidectomy.

After almost 3 years over $1000 worth of creams Pointman‘s and more. Am I crazy for considering a hemorrhoid ectomy with my condition? When there were so many people who have posted they never had any pelvic pain until they had some type of hemorrhoid surgery

Your opinions welcome!

Drinking a lot of water and eating a lot of fiber, as well as taking senna works for me.
This is also a great option.
