Here is a list of most of the typical treatments for pudendal neuralgia. https://www.pudendalhope.info/node/11

There are some other less conventional treatments such as mindbody therapy that Ezer posted about on this forum if you want to read his posts.

You could check with university hospitals in the area to see if they treat pudendal neuralgia. For instance I just spoke with someone at UT Southwestern Medical Center and they have a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Department where they treat pelvic pain and pudendal neuralgia but I don't know of any PNE surgeons there. My guess is they have similar treatments to what you are already trying but you could call them and find out. If you haven't tried Botox yet you might want to give that a try. If you are thinking you have an entrapment and might want to get a surgeon's opinion, you could try calling university hospitals in the area to see if there are any. If your symptoms are so debilitating and overwhelming that you have no quality of life, it might be worth it to travel to one of the PNE specialists listed on our website. I traveled out of state and it was a lifesaver for me but it's not for everyone. I see it as a last resort.

PNE since 2002. Started from weightlifting. PNE surgery from Dr. Bautrant, Oct 2004. Pain now is usually a 0 and I can sit for hours on certain chairs. No longer take medication for PNE. Can work full time and do "The Firm" exercise program. 99% cured from PGAD. PNE surgery was right for me but it might not be for you. Do your research.
