How are you doing after the surgery with Dr. Hibner? Have you considered the laparoscopic approach? Are any of Dr. Howard's patients members here?

Dr. Howard and I did discuss the laparoscopic approach but the whole length of my pudendal nerve is entrapped bilaterally, he just wouldn't be able to really do me any good. I don't know if any of his patients are on this forum who have had surgery. Maybe check on TIPNA. I'll have to ask him how many he has done. Last I knew it was 3-4 but that was close to 2 years ago. Also, he doesn't see male patients.
