Hi Ali,
All the best for your recovery. It's heartening to hear that there have already been improvements. You are a real PNE pioneer!

But ... you're only a couple of days out of surgery, hon! I understand you feel anxious, but please give it several more weeks, so things may heal properly. Most importantly, do NOT do anything that aggravates your nerves. I have such high hopes for you!
Warmest of regards,
Karyn

Hello All,
Why I never saw Dr. Potter addressed the perineal branch in any of MRI reports ? Based on what I have learned here, it is one of the three PN branches. So, it shouldn't be ignored, right ? or maybe she mentioned it under different name ? Anyone knows ? M.

Hello All,
I am wondering if TG approach can decompress the perineal branch or not ? Does anyone knows ? Many thanks, M

Hi Mulan,
My perineal branch was decompressed by Dr. Conway. If you're interested, you can find my Op Report under Case Updates.
Best of regards,
Karyn

Hi Mulan,
I am not sure that how Dr Conway addressed the /DorsalPerenial dorsal branches in Karyn's case. What I understood from Dr. Hibner or Dr. Aszmaan it is imposible to do so.It requires another incision.

Dear Karyn's could Dr. Conway show any photographs of the surgery decompressing the Perineal/dorsal branches of the Pudendal nerve.

Stephanie P,Karyn thanks for the kind words.

Kind Regards,
Ali

Hi Ali,
If TG approach doesn't address dorsal branch, does it address perineal branch? if not, does another incision which addresses dorsal also address perineal branch ? Does anyone know ? Many thanks, M.
