Exactly. That's the one. They treat for very different problems. But also specifically for PN. It's quite expensive, but I heard from several people who had positive effects with it, like me too. It's basically just PT, including internal, about an hour per session. You can also have a look at this link: https://praxis-bruckmann.de/behandelbar ... -bruckmann . That website is from a therapist who does the Pohltherapie too, even tho they are not the ones who started it originally (that's Helga Pohl). But I have my treatment with them.
-February 2024, sudden appearance of symptoms for the first time
-April 2024, sudden and intense worsening of symptoms, now the pain moved down the thighs as well
-May 2024, beginning of mild, but constant pgad symptoms
- July 2024, started "Pohltherapie" which made the pain overall go down quite a bit

That's great that it helped you. Thanks for sharing your experience.

PNE since 2002. Started from weightlifting. PNE surgery from Dr. Bautrant, Oct 2004. Pain now is usually a 0 and I can sit for hours on certain chairs. No longer take medication for PNE. Can work full time and do "The Firm" exercise program. 99% cured from PGAD. PNE surgery was right for me but it might not be for you. Do your research.
