Hi Andy,
I just finished reading your thread and I'm wondering how you are this week?

Hi Marwa. I have had a pretty low key week this week. Not sure if the heat has helped a little as we have had a mini heat wave in the uk. Thank you for asking. Is your treatment going well still?

Hi Andy,
I'm still doing well, only minor pangs that sometimes come and go away on their own.
I think it's years of habitual of neural behaviour as you mentioned somewhere.
You haven't posted for a while on here. I hope you're ok.
What does your treatment look like now? Have you had any developments?
I hope you're doing ok. Give us an update when you can.

Hey Andy,
I just noticed your signature is in Latin so I had to look it up and I discovered this is what it means:
Credulous hope supports our life, and always says that tomorrow will be better. (Tibullus)
I hope that tomorrow will be better for you -- and many future tomorrows.

Thank you Violet. I wish you & everybody on here the same.
Yes, its a good quote. My other favourite is 'Si hoc legere scis nimium eruditionis habes.'

Very funny, Andy. You obviously haven't lost your sense of humor. And no....I'm not over-educated.

Been doing a pain management course over the past few months. It includes a little Tai Chi, a bit of mind body stuff & some general information about diet, sleep, medication, etc. So far its just flared me up, but will continue & see how it goes. While I dont wish this shit on anybody, it has been nice to talk to people who understand the isolation that chronic pain causes. Shows me that I am not losing my mind. We have all said the same to each other.

Hi Andy,
I feel the same way about the forum. It is a nice support network. I'm sorry that those strategies are just flaring you. How are you doing overall? Have you seen any improvements since the surgery?
