Be careful. For those of us who have an entrapped pudendal nerve, kneeling and especially squatting, can cause a flare and increased pain. Stretches the nerve.

You can certainly try it. I did, for some time. It's important to know that you've tried all your options before making the decision to have surgery. I know of other gals in another forum who've benefited from it however; if you have an actual entrapment relief is minimal (at least it was for me.) I don't want to waste more time and money because the proper therapist is usually very expensive as most don't accept insurance.

If you decide to try therapy, make sure you are going to the proper kind of pelvic floor therapist. The wrong kind of therapy can make you much worse. There should be a list of physical therapist in the PT section within the index.
