@ Rosemary I am now trying a new thing along my treatment and will update if it works or not. Serrapeptase- a systemic enzyme which supposedly helps autoimmune illnesses, inflammation and nerve pain. I ordered it via amazon today. It also says it dissolves scar tissue, be it old or new, and since I have scar tissue from previous bartholin abccess lancings, I'm hoping it will do something.
I also take Vit C daily, Vit B complex, a great probiotic (optibac- saccharomyces boulardii) for my yeast infection, Turmeric (anti-inflammatory) and 1 banana daily for potassium plus epsom salt baths for magnesium intake. I WILL REPORT AND POSITIVE OUTCOME FROM THIS. I'm hoping it might be of use for others.
I also really expect my body to HEAL since I am in my bloody 20s and I have never had major surgery done on me, but who can tell .

@ rosemary I never removed my gland. I had it lanced (small incision -1/2 cm) 4 times on the same side. This created scar tissue which got irritated from an infection= nerve pain. My vulva is an electric fence!
I hope you find relief!

Hi Mary Jane

I read somewhere that 'your body is on your side' when it comes to healing - a phrase i keep in my head now. Like you I am much more conscious of my diet now - also have a banana every day - include other vitamin rich foods and have a spoon of cod liver oil each day.

Hopefully you have age on your side with all this and are gradually healing - nerves take their time - from what i have read feeling worse for a time can been a sign of nerves getting better.

Afraid i don't know enough to comment on the scar tissue - others may be able to help you though.

Take care now

Rosemary x
