Lernica,
Have you had a MRI done by Dr. Potter in NY, or wherever they are available now? My MRI showed compression of my pudendal nerve by varices in my pelvic floor. Matches my symptoms.
I feel that no matter what therapy I try, it won't resolve my pain until I can get these nerves uncompressed. Knowing that my PN pain is initiated or enhanced by activities that I undertake, I avoid therapies such as PT. I stretch the nerve too much trying to live a normal life.
If a person has a nerve entrapment or compression, will PT resolve or contribute to their pain?
Rick
