Laura,
Do you remember the u-tube video by Dr. Beco where he explains and shows how sitting does indeed irritate the pudendal nerve? The diagram he shows is not an entrapped nerve. But I think once surgery is performed, and the nerve transposed, there is not the degree of irritation to the nerve. That would be my guess. Paulette
