I have seen these videos around quite a bit lately, posted by several individuals, so much for the theory that the only person who has a problem with the Wise-Anderson protocol is the person mentioned in the link I have a problem with the Wise-Anderson protocol too, problem being that since I have actual identifiable pathology, I am pretty sure I could have relaxed and stuck my finger up my butt til I dropped dead at age 104, and I never would have got any better. Lucky I figured that out before I plopped down my 5 grand.
