The surgery could probably be helpful as a "redo" for people that have not improved with the more invasive procedures.

Yes, you are cool, Pianogal. 
PNE since 2002. Started from weightlifting. PNE surgery from Dr. Bautrant, Oct 2004. Pain now is usually a 0 and I can sit for hours on certain chairs. No longer take medication for PNE. Can work full time and do "The Firm" exercise program. 99% cured from PGAD. PNE surgery was right for me but it might not be for you. Do your research.

I have suffered with this for over seven years....had nerve blocks with some success on the first one in MN. Was scheduled for surgery, but felt I should check into it more....My question is about the New PNE Decompression, is that available in the US yet. I had read an article about one of the doctor's in CA doing a new procedure....How can I find out?
Any information would be appreciated...
