Hi Missingmylife
There is no way to understand just how nerve reactions can affect us; maybe having your PT it may have aggravated certain other nerve endings.
Many of us have vibrations in many obtuse areas which seem to be far from the Pudendal Nerve Regions.....this is a normal reaction as the nerves seek out other nerves for a better sensation but end up affecting them too....Crosstalk of nerves is the official term.
Its very frustrating to have other areas affected, its disheartening but there is nothing that we can do to stop this spread however stress is a definite trigger and needs to be avoided if possible.
A body pillow is a good idea so that you can lean on it for support at night; have you tried ice on these new areas of discomfort? It really is a great distraction for irritated nerves.
Best wishes

PNE started 2003 following Vaginal Hysterectomy, pelvic floor repair and right oophorectomy; eventually after many tests had BilateralTG surgery Nantes 2004; following this tried many other treatments including 7 day epidural, ketamin infusions to no avail; Trialed and was implanted with a Neurostimulator in 2007- Dr Van Buyten Belgium, this has enabled me to manage my pain much better.
