New Member Introduction – Grateful to Join This Community

Post by moe313 »

Hello everyone,

I am new to the Health Organization for Pudendal Education forum, and I just wanted to take a moment to introduce myself. I recently discovered this community while searching for reliable information and support related to pudendal health, and I’m really grateful to have found a space that brings together people with shared experiences, questions, and knowledge.

I am here to learn more about pudendal nerve health, pelvic pain management, treatment options, and to connect with others who understand this journey. Whether you’re a patient, a healthcare provider, or an advocate, I look forward to learning from you and contributing where I can.

If you have any advice for someone new to this space—or resources you found particularly helpful—I do truly appreciate it. Thank you for the warm welcome in advance!

Wishing everyone strength and healing,

Hello Moe,

Welcome to the forum. You can get a lot of info from reading posts here but also if you go to the homepage of the website at https://www.pudendalhope.info/ you can get a lot of information. Do you have a diagnosis yet or are you just starting to figure things out?

PNE since 2002. Started from weightlifting. PNE surgery from Dr. Bautrant, Oct 2004. Pain now is usually a 0 and I can sit for hours on certain chairs. No longer take medication for PNE. Can work full time and do "The Firm" exercise program. 99% cured from PGAD. PNE surgery was right for me but it might not be for you. Do your research.
