Here are the doctors I know of in the US who do electrophysiological testing - or they have done it in the past. You would have to call and see if they still do.

Dr. Sheldon Jordan - https://www.neurologysantamonica.com/

Dr. Mark Conway - https://www.pudendalhope.info/united-st ... -hampshire

Dr. Richard Marvel - https://www.pudendalhope.info/united-st ... /#maryland

Dr. K. Steven Wiley - https://www.pudendalhope.info/united-st ... t-virginia

PNE since 2002. Started from weightlifting. PNE surgery from Dr. Bautrant, Oct 2004. Pain now is usually a 0 and I can sit for hours on certain chairs. No longer take medication for PNE. Can work full time and do "The Firm" exercise program. 99% cured from PGAD. PNE surgery was right for me but it might not be for you. Do your research.

Markspence,

In my experience, some colorectal doctors or surgeons can do electrophysiological tests of the PN. Possibly you can be referred to a colorectal doctor local to you or call doctors' offices and ask if they do it. I had one done many years ago by this kind of doctor near my home and then a few months later with a PN doctor and the results were very similar. I don't think Dr. Conway on Violet's list above does them any longer.

PN started 2004 from fall. Surgery with Filler Nov. 2006, Dr. Campbell April 2007. Pain decreased by 85% in 2008 (rectal and sitting pain resolved completely), pain returned in 12/13. Pain reduced significantly beginning around 11/23.
