Laparoscopic PE Surgery
Re: Laparoscopic PE Surgery
I've had the ligaments removed it does not alter your stability at all. It would if you had the TG approach which removes sacrotuberous.

TG does not remove sacrotuberous. They partially resect the sacrotuberous ligament
Just so everyone has updated information, there are three ways ligaments are affected depending on technique and surgeon:
1. Laparoscopy done by any surgeon completely severs sacrospinous ligament
2. TG done by a urologist/gynecologist completely severs sarcospinous ligament AND partially resects sacrotuberous ligament
3. TG done by a neurosurgeon DOES NOT touch sacrospinous ligament AND partially resects sacrotuberous ligament
