Looking for a pudendal nerve specialist in los angeles

Post by happyman »

Hello,

Can anyone attest to a docter here in la with experience dealing with pudendal nerve in males and who has genuine intentions- that is they actually care about the patient getting better and not just price gouging them for a simple 30 minutes of their time

sorry if i sound cynical, just a little jaded at the medical world is all.

Dr. Filler is in your area. I used to live in Northern California.

Filler strikes me as a quirky guy. I never saw him

He quoted $1200 just to review my MRN.

I'm now in Hawaii and finally want decompression surgery. I don't care where I have to go. I've flown all over the US having tests and surgeries.
Left testicle pain since 2008. Left sciatica 2010-2012. Failed left epididectomy, orchiectomy, botox injections, nerve blocks and internal physical therapy. Genital branch of genitofemoral and perineal branch of pudendal nerve cut. L5-S1 microdiscectomy cured sciatica. Dorsal Root Ganglion nerve stimulator failed to help and was removed. I have had 4 pudendal nerve blocks, two from Dr. Poree worked for 2 hrs. The ONLY break from pain ever.

Who are you thinking of going to if you decide to have surgery, Jon? I know it's a tough decision.

Violet
PNE since 2002. Started from weightlifting. PNE surgery from Dr. Bautrant, Oct 2004. Pain now is usually a 0 and I can sit for hours on certain chairs. No longer take medication for PNE. Can work full time and do "The Firm" exercise program. 99% cured from PGAD. PNE surgery was right for me but it might not be for you. Do your research.
