Good luck! Hope you get this figured out. ;)

Violet
PNE since 2002. Started from weightlifting. PNE surgery from Dr. Bautrant, Oct 2004. Pain now is usually a 0 and I can sit for hours on certain chairs. No longer take medication for PNE. Can work full time and do "The Firm" exercise program. 99% cured from PGAD. PNE surgery was right for me but it might not be for you. Do your research.

Do you or have you ever taken the drug Finasteride or any antidepressant drugs before?

I've never taken any drugs or any sort.

What caused my symptoms? No idea it happened all of a sudden and I had 3 complete months of no erectile function whatsoever 0% (even viagra didn't work). I saw a big improvement because I was coming from 0% function after my first MSC stem cell treatment, but shortly after my stem cell I also had dorsal decompression surgery because it was already booked and I seemed to be convinced this was the cause (nerve entrapment and the solution and the most logical and only explanation).

Some months after the dorsal surgery I started to feel as symptoms got a bit worse in the sense that I could get some erectile function but my penis felt dead.
I even went to Hibner early maybe March 2024 and I had some treatments: amniotic stem cells tiny injection of embryo fluid so these stem cells come from mothers whereas MSC are my own and i also did some pelvic floor therapy, etc.

I don't think the dorsal decompression in Vienna nor Hibners treatments in Arizona had any impact.

The way I feel and things have gone - I am quite certain all my improvement are thanks to the MSC stem cell treatments in Frankfurt.

My symptoms got actually a bit worse after Hibners treatment - but not because of his two treatments (injection and therapy) only because during a rectal exam I got some small injury that may have affected by pudendal nerves I think- I had a bit of blood for a week or so and i was having trouble pooping for month or two but later things then started to improve.

Overtime things have just kept improving in general - I do drink a lot of water, take various supplements such as magnesium, zinc, ashwagandha and turmeric (capsules) and exercise - I try to swim and play lots of racket sports.

I'm much much better.

Things have just gotten better over time - can't say I have any complaints anymore.

This summer 2024 I did a second round a stem cell treatment just because the first and previous treatment in the summer 2023 was so successful for me and this time I knew where to target the injections (pudendal nerve areas around my butt and lower back). I already had big improvement but just took this second treatment thinking it can't hurt.

I really have no issues with erections anymore.

Sensation isn't exactly the same but I have don't have issues with erections, I don't have issues with ejeculation and never had and sex is pleasurable.

Some users are asking me question privately even though my post have been very detailed.

I do not usually log in to much to pudendalhope either.

Just to share with others in case its useful and it helps, what I wrote to this last user privately I am sharing here publicly as well.

Hi,

If you read through all my post/messages its all very very detailed there.
Just go through them a few times. Sorry if I have spelling mistakes or typos. Sometimes i write in a rush.

I live in Asia.

Many countries do not do or allow stem cell treatments including my country.

I emailed a couple of places for stem cell treatment when my problem was severe and I felt very lost with no answers. At that time I didn't even really now perhaps what the pudendal nerves were - I was just discovering it.

My issue no erection for weeks or months and no feeling. Just to clarify because some other people whom I've spoken about have/had difficulty with erections. Mine were 100% gone. Thoughts did not help, visuals either, Viagra did not help, no morning wood for entire 3 months at least - it's as if the nerves were completely damaged.

Now it's very easy to get aroused, I get them most mornings I think and probably 5-10 times a day. The feeling is not as strong or the same as before but so far everything is ok.

The clinic in Frankfurt was the first one to reply to me and it looked like an OK clinic, good reviews, etc.

I went through a broker so the cost was much higher maybe like EUR20,000-22,000 the first time. It included transport pickup and translator (not hotel though, the brokers name is BookingHealth). I was happy to have the translator give me company the entire week during these very hard times, we became friends. The German doctor told me in summer 2023 that going direct without the broker it would have been EUR10-12K approx.

The second trip summer 2024 I went directly to save money, but the cost had gone up and was now EUR16,000.
You can try negotiating after you get info and see what happens. The person I dealt through on the phone and email is Martina.

There is a hotel one block away (3-4 minutes) walk - a pizza kebab place opposite the hotel, cafe, and gas station too and the area looks a bit like a village half an hour from city centre Frankfurt or airport.

The place is a village like but there's also a medium size mall with starbucks, supermarket, etc 5-10 minutes walk.

You can call them up or ask about the procedure by email.

It usually takes 2-3 or 4-5 days (treatment) for stem cell.

I requested intravenous through my arm and also injections directly in the areas of need after doing a lot of research on Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs). One article said that via the arm once it reaches the lungs or something it may be less effective to reach lower areas of the body, so i.e. if you have a knee problem is best to inject directly in the knee. Doing both via the arm and direct is the best approach and it worked for me.

You can make it quick 2-3 days treatment and go for the longer treatment that includes some machine vibrations thingy so that the treatment is more effective.

The first treatment in 2023 was longer (around 4-5 days)because:
day 1 meet the doctor and explain the problem in the evening
day 2-3 they use a machine with vibrations and place it around the area of problem so that the the stem cells that are injected they flow to that area (basically to make it a bit more effective) day 2-3 they also take blood and do tests etc. You need to ask about fasting, some mornings you need to come in fasting especially when the day that the stem cells are injected. Luckily I asked because they did not specify this.
day 4 - stem cells
day 5 - leave

During my second trip i skipped the machine stuff and did it quick in and out extract the stem cells and inject them (I think 2 days). My problem was somewhat solved during my second trip/treatment - I just wanted to do a second round thinking that I want the nerve to continue healing if they are still healing, or I'm afraid of some relapse, and I thought that there is no harm in doing more and stem cells can also help with any other problems my body is having which I am not even aware of, as they have healing capabilities.

I've been reading your posts the last few years. Our issues mirror each other in the fact that this thing started out of nowhere. My marriage has dissolved, I've basically accepted the fact I'll never cured. You've given me hope once again. I'm am soooo happy for you. One question how old are you? I am 50, I'm told I should not use my own stem cells because of my age..
