Hey so I’m back. Thank you so much for your replies. So now I’m having this new sympotom. I don’t know if it’s the hemorroids but I can feel the hemorrhoids pushing up on my private area and it’s causing tingling and itching in the anal area. I’m not sure if the hemorrhoids are pushing up on the pudenal nerve but I’m going to go see another doctor for a second opinion and if that doesn’t work, I’m going to try pelvic floor therapy.

It's always disconcerting when you get a new symptom.

I hope those new strategies work for you.

PNE since 2002. Started from weightlifting. PNE surgery from Dr. Bautrant, Oct 2004. Pain now is usually a 0 and I can sit for hours on certain chairs. No longer take medication for PNE. Can work full time and do "The Firm" exercise program. 99% cured from PGAD. PNE surgery was right for me but it might not be for you. Do your research.
