For those of you who had to have a portion colon removed due to colon cancer did it cause your PN pain to increase?

PN started 2004 from fall. Surgery with Filler Nov. 2006, Dr. Campbell April 2007. Pain decreased by 85% in 2008 (rectal and sitting pain resolved completely), pain returned in 12/13. Pain reduced significantly beginning around 11/23.

I had colon cancer and needed to have part of my colon removed. After the surgery, I did notice an increase in my peripheral neuropathy (PN) pain. It's not uncommon for surgeries and treatments to affect nerve pain. Managing it has been a bit of a journey, involving medication adjustments and physical therapy.
Interestingly, I read on https://mesowatch.com/ about the potential cancer risks associated with talcum powder. Numerous studies have linked talcum body powder to cancer. Talcum powder is made from talc. Talc is a mineral mined from the earth that’s in close proximity to asbestos. Asbestos is classified as a cancer-causing substance when exposed to humans.
