Hi,
I just got diagnosed with PNE yesterday after years of sufferings. I read on the website here that squatting and stair master should be avoided.
I had an ACL repair a year ago and these two exercises along with WALL SITS are part of my knee PT. Are WALL SITS ok or does this position pinch the pundendal nerve between the sacrotuberous and sacrospinous ligaments?

I would definitely avoid a stair master. (That is how mine started). But, I would also avoid squatting. I'm pretty good these days (had surgery years ago and it helped quite a bit), and the only exercise I do now is walking and swimming. I might be able to do more things (e.g., I've wondered about jogging), but I don't want to risk it. Could you ask your doctor to give you a referral to see a pelvic physical therapist? They should be able to advise you on the kinds of exercises that would be safe for you.
