Anyone have anything similar? I feel I may be needing to head to a specific PN clinic in the near future. How to choose? Any advice is so appreciative.

Hello, my name is Brooke and wanted to introduce myself. I believe I have PN (textbook) after a fall down the stairs thru the air on my butt. Bilateral pain started with anal burning then perineal spasm then golf ball in the anus feeling. Terrible allodynia followed including vulva. Caudal epidural really helped at the time. Feet burning subsequently came about then thigh and leg burning/stabbing. I have had 3 epidurals to date that give relief but it is not permanent or very long lasting. One IM sterioid injection and taper pack seemed to help. My trauma was 8 months ago and orto dx me with lumbosacral plexopathy. Two lumbar MRIs and Pelvic MRI neg for anything significant but I think I am going to have those read again by someone else. My symptoms are greatest in the anal region, but the leg pain continues and is worse when sitting. I am getting a second opinion ortho consult and seeing chronic pelvic pain clinic next week. I also have the feeling of water dropping down my legs at times and I have full body very mild zingers or non-painful electrical shocks greatest in perineum and legs but all over, even on my head. I have had cervical and brain MRIs that are clear of pathology.
