Hello everyone, newie
First off all my English is not very good. Its not my first language.
I developed pn damage (people it's not only pn, butt a view more nurves in the pelvic area, the thing is this nurve have a motor an feeling function) because of sitting 10 hours straight all the time during work. I had a very good business. But healthy is more important, so I stopped working
January 2020 it's starting all with a small pain around the tailbone. Feet and pelvic spasms.
Martz 2020 I could not sit for 5 minutes without this horrible burning and stabing pain all around my pelvic. In that time I didn't knew nothing where the pain was coming from.
First I checked my tailbone following the procedure off proffesor Maigne from France. Sitting and standing x rays. After I did a ct and bone scan a finished with mri (local hospital)
Than I had checked prostate and urine and blood. Everything seems perfect.
I never use medicine. Because during Martz till juli I didn't work and sitt. I only walk 7 hours a day. 3 hours in morning 2 in afternoon en 2 in evening. Lost weight, keep your stomach muscles in en the anus muscles lose/relax. The rest of the time I sleep. And drink only water. No stretching or bending at all.. Stretching and bending could damage the nerve more. No sex as well. Only wearing lose clothes, without underwear.
Right now a lot of pain symptoms are gone but,
Those symptoms stays: during laying or sitting.
Sleeping always left side or right side and cuted inside a matras a hole where I putt my penis into during laying on my stomach (very nice feeling) so the body is in balance again. 15 minutes only (your balls are hanging and for the long time I don't know that's way only 15 minutes) so you body can rest straight.
Pain number from 0 till 10.
Electric fibrating in penis. Left, right, under Painlevel marz 10. Juli an 5
Nerve Pain into perenieum. Fibrating. Marz 10, juli an 5
Fibrating pain around buttholle. Marz 10, juli 5
Nerve fibrating in fingers and feet (no pain butt anoing)
Headache sometimes and backpain in the middle marz 10 Juli 1
In Martz very big nerves feeling by using my fingers on the right side of my butt.. Now almost gone sometimes. Butt the pain is still there.
I don't use medicine, the reason is that the body still can inform myself how I am doing so Far.
I juli started working again 1 hour a day. The rest of the time walking and sleeping. Eating very well and use pea pure.
In the morning less pain then in the evening.
I will keep you updated.
Greetz Erik
Walking, pea pure, no sitting and resting do good.
