Any women recover to have pleasurable orgasms again?

For anyone who has pain along their dorsal nerve and has pain with orgasm: Has anyone recovered from this? What was the initial cause? With any type of treatment received, was sex possible again? What about feeling pleasure again? Please answer only if you had/have these specific symptoms/issues. I just need to know if pleasurable orgasms are possible again.

For me, sex is possible when you're in a position that doesn't put pressure on the clitoris (sideways with the man behind you is the best). I still feel pleasure if the nerve above the clitoral glans is massaged.
