Has anyone read info on this site and tried it about dynamic contraction? Some people on Facebook say it cured them.

Hi
Yes I started this programme a few weeks ago. I must say that since starting I already feel 50% better. It's quite a demanding programme and you have to be willing to work 6 days a week sometimes upto an hour per session. They say that it can take 9 to 12 months to fully heal however this us dependent on how long you have had this condition etc. Fortunately for me I was diagnosed quickly and have had PN for 3 months now. I initially tried physio but didn't see much improvement so thought what the hell let's give this programme a try and I haven't been disappointed yet.
