possible surgery

Hi all
For 1 year I have been suffering from non-bacterial chronic prostatitis, the pains do not disappear and now it seems that the pudendal nerve is trapped .....
My question is someone knows if in addition to Dr. Bautrant, there are more doctors who perform the surgery such as the Doctor Riants, or Doctor Ploteau in France?

What is the best surgery option currently ?.

You may want to check with Tonygret who had surgery with Dr Ploteau last December. At his last update it appears he is not getting better yet but everyone is hoping he eventually gets better. May I ask where you are located. in the USA?
