standing worsens, sitting, moving and running relieves

Post by Ikarus-70 »

My pain gets worse when I have to stand still for more then 10 minutes. Every move of my legs gives immediate relief.

Sitting, even bicycling, is better bearable than standing. I can do any exercise, the harder, the better for the pain relief (kickboxing, climbing, dancing etc. all does good to me). An hour of dancing like mad can make me symptom free for about another hour, not more.
My pain is on both sides in the groin area. It is typical nerve pain. No perineal or anal pain.

I had lots of PT, no effect. No trigger points or trigger movements found out.

Is there anybody out there having this in the same way and found out what this is?

Thanks to all!
