Hello,
I have been in constant pain and without a diagnosis for two years.
The pains began shortly after a surgery of bartholinitis in the left.
A week after her, it hurt me inside the little pelvis on my left and the whole leg.
I feel the pain as a source somewhere in the vagina.
From MRI there is only disk hernia of L5S1 that has been removed.
But the pain continues.
I have not done T3MRI.

Welcome to the forum, Mradkova. What does your pain feel like? Your pain is on the left of your pelvis and your leg? Does it hurt to sit? What kinds of doctors have you seen so far?

Are there any doctors or PT's in your country who treat chronic pelvic pain? You can look at the lists of doctors and PT's on our website at pudendalhope.org and see if you could go to any of them for an assessment.

PNE since 2002. Started from weightlifting. PNE surgery from Dr. Bautrant, Oct 2004. Pain now is usually a 0 and I can sit for hours on certain chairs. No longer take medication for PNE. Can work full time and do "The Firm" exercise program. 99% cured from PGAD. PNE surgery was right for me but it might not be for you. Do your research.

No, here in Bulgaria there are no doctors familiar with this disease.
After 2 years of touring by any specialist, I never heard that there is such a nerve at all!
Neurosurgeons here are also unaware ...
And I have all the symptoms, the pain, the burning.
The pain is mainly on the left, it hurts low down the pelvis, behind the back and the whole leg. There was also burning after urination, about a year after the onset of pain.
Yes, the pain is greatly increased when sitting, and at all physical activity.
Four months ago, I was operated and removed a disc herniation, but the symptoms remain.
I have gone to gynecologists, neurologists and urologists
Will be very grateful to you for guidance on which doctor to turn to?

You can go to the pudendalhope.org website and check the list of doctors on the left. Unfortunately, I don't know of any good doctors in your country so you may have to travel. I had pain primarily on one side too. Unilateral pain is one of the criteria the Nantes team lists as a possible sign of pudendal nerve entrapment. For now I do not have the opportunity to heal abroad, I have no idea what to do and which hospital to go for research ... The doctors listed here are dealinig with Pudendal problems only, and I am not sure this is my case. I will give myself a few more months to fight for diagnosis, and give up
The last thing I can do is 3T MRI of the small pelvis and perineum, I signed for 23.10 ...
I think I must have a diagnosis before I turn to the doctors on the list?

No, you do not need to have a diagnosis before you turn to the doctors on the list. If you have symptoms of pelvic pain you can see them. You say your pain is inside the vagina. That is exactly where mine was and I had PN. It was worse on one side than the other. Maeve Whelan on the list of PT's from the UK holds seminars for PT's from Europe. You could call her and ask if she knows of any PT's from your country who took her seminar who treats pelvic pain. For me, a PT figured out the diagnosis first, not a doctor.
