Sacral neuromodulation after surgery

I had surgery on 3 tarlov cysts that were causing me pudendal neuropathy/neuralgia symptoms. Some symptoms have improved but others are still there.

Has anyone been in a similar situation and benefitted with sacral neuromodulation afterwards?

How can they prove the cysts were the cause?
