Would Dr Jarnagin agree to share his procedure (technique, dosage, etc) with doctors to help patients in other countries?

I can't say for sure. He is on the list of providers on the pudendalhope.org website so you could give his office a call. It wouldn't hurt to ask.

Correction to my original post -- these are amniotic allograft injections (Palingen) which I now understand is not actually stem cells. It looks like I wrote this down correctly in the interview on the website but posted it incorrectly here.

Nyt says dr jarnagin injects multiple muscles but he told me this injection would not help muscular issues.
So does he inject muscles with the amniotic fluid or not?
Strange nobody he made better posts here

He didn't say anything about injecting muscles with the amniotic fluid. Maybe he does trigger point injections with marcaine or something like that into the muscles -- just speculating.

I called his office a couple of years ago, I don't remember who I spoke with, they told me injected muscles. I have not personally asked Dr. Jaragin. Dr. Hibner told me he thought that might be why he was seeing more success than what he did. However, this information is a couple of years old. His procedure should be in his poster presentation and that should clear up up any confusion about how he does his procedure.

I could be wrong but it is my understanding that Hibner used his own patient's stem cells, by collecting them from the patient's stomach, not amniotic stem cells. There is a difference between the two.I read this somewhere but I cannot recall where I found the article. If I come across it again I will share it.

HopeitWorks, I was one of Dr. Hibner's early patients (I think 2nd) to have the amniotic fluid injection, about 4 years ago, the company he used at the time was http://appliedbiologics.com/. I do not know if he is doing it differently now.

He does use your own cells for platelet-rich plasma (PRP) when you have surgery but that is totally different from retrieving stem cells from adipose tissue.

Dr. Hibner is not offering this procedure anymore according to Dr. Marvel.
