I started feeling piriformis pain 3 years ago after a fall. The pain was constant with sitting. I then had burning pain in the groin. It flared badly when sitting too long.
I was offered a cortisone injection which did nothing. I mostly managed with drugs which seem to have un-desirable side-effects.
I found Dr Michael Durtnall on this website and decided to see him as soon as possible. Dr Michael Durtnall is a pelvic pain manipulation specialist in London.
His clinic is in Kensington. I was immediately made at ease by Dr Durtnall. He was engaging and listened carefully. He told me I had a compressed pudendal nerve. He promised he could help me. I had a good feeling about him.
Dr Durtnall's subtle joint and soft-tissue manipulation immediately brought pain relief. I was amased.
After only 4 sessions I was PAIN FREE. I am alive again.
He has a wonderful team of physical therapists working with him. I am SO grateful to dear Dr Michael Durtnall and his team.
Thank you for offering me the opportunity to share my magical experience.

Re: Dr Durtnall
I am pleased it has helped you and the numerous others that have suddenly started posting here, but I also know of others who have seen him and not been so lucky.
Re: Dr Durtnall
Yes well done for getting better, but you say that you had piriformis pain Were you diagnosed with pudendal neuralgia? I ask this because this site is specifically for PN / PNE. I believe that there are separate sites for piriformis sufferers. Could you please confirm what your diagnosis was to help others who use this site?
