Hi, my name is Marianne. Just want to say how blessed I already feel to have discovered this site. My pain started 21/2 years ago after many hours going up/down a ladder followed by a long car trip. Pain left buttock in sitting severe, extended walking also bad. Have been to 7 doctors. Second PT thought I have PN. Now on 3rd PT whom has more PN experience. Current pain management MD not sure but not very knowledgeable in PN at least he had heard of it! May have to move to Ocala Florida due to the financial situation this has created. Does anyone know of any MD near there? This website only shows South Carolina.

Marianne, you might want to give Tracy Sher a call. She is a PT in Orlando who is very knowledgeable about PN and she might be able to give you information on doctors in the area who treat patients with PN. You could also check with other PT's on our list. http://www.pudendalhope.info/node/63#FL

PNE since 2002. Started from weightlifting. PNE surgery from Dr. Bautrant, Oct 2004. Pain now is usually a 0 and I can sit for hours on certain chairs. No longer take medication for PNE. Can work full time and do "The Firm" exercise program. 99% cured from PGAD. PNE surgery was right for me but it might not be for you. Do your research.
